How do I select the timeslots for the Alcazar and the Seville Cathedral?

After your reservation you will receive an email where you can select your timeslot for the museums. Make sure you select the right times and dates because it is not possible to change them afterwards.

How does the Seville Hop on Hop off Bus work?

You have an open ticket so you can start using it when you want. Your ticket gets activated on the moment you start using it by giving the ticket to the staff member of the bus. You can hop on at one of the stops of the Hop on Hop off Bus.

How do I get the Public Transportation Card?

When you arrive at the Airport of Seville your taxi driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. That is also the moment your Public Transport Card is given to you.

How does it work in Seville with the Public Transportation Card?

The Public Transportation Card is a physical card with a chip in it. That chip gets scanned when you enter the tram or bus. The card is valid for 3 days. It activates on the first moment you use it. From that moment it is valid for 3 consecutive days. You can find the map of Seville with the bus and tram lines here.

How does it work when I am travelling with children?

Children travel for free under 4 years old and do not need a Tarjeta Turistica (Public Transport Card). Children older than 4 years old need to pay for the public transportation card and the taxi transfer.

What if I want to use the Public Transportation Card for only 1 or 2 days? Or when I want to use it for more days?

The Card is valid for 3 Days. Which means you can use it also for 1 or 2 days and stop using it. When you want to use the Public Transportation Card for more than 3 days you can buy it in Seville yourself. After using the card 3 days you are an experienced traveller.

How does it work with the Airport Taxi?

After your reservation we will send you an email where you can fill in the information that we need to arrange the private airport taxi. We need to know the following information: your mobile phone number, your flight number, your arrival time, name and address of your accommodation. The taxi driver will track your flight number and is aware of a small delay (up 2 hours). When your delay is longer than 2 hours please contact us at urgent@ticketbar.eu.

The taxi driver will be waiting for you with your name on a sign at the arrival hall. Then he/she will guide you to the taxi and drive you to your accommodation. The payment is already done so you do not have to pay anything! It does not matter if you stay at a Hotel, Bed and Breakfast, Airbnb, Hostel or any other kind of accommodation so long as it is in Seville or just outside Seville.

Can I use the discounts at the entrance of the museums and attractions?

The discount code can only be used online. The attractions will not accept your discount code at the entrance.

We are more than one person (or group). When we want to reserve the tickets how do we make sure we all get the same entry time?

We recommend to make the reservation all at once or to coordinate booking at the same time. The Alcazar and the Seville Cathedral attracts many tourists and therefore timeslots can run out quickly.

What do I do when I haven't received my tickets?

After your purchase you will receive an email with more information about the City Pass and where you can select the timeslots for the Alcazar and Seville Cathedral. Please check your SPAM first when not received. It is possible they ended up in your SPAM. When you filled in your timeslot preferences, you will receive the tickets short after. When not received please check your SPAM again, if definetely not received please contact us at info@ticketbar.eu.

How does the 20% discount work?

After your reservation you will get a personal discount code which you can use here. You can enter the discount code in the shopping cart and the discount of 20% gets automatically calculated as reduction in the price.
