How does it work?
Write your name and the date when you begin to use the card at the back of it (the card is personal and non-transferable) and present it in the participating museums and establishments that you wish to visit
The admission fees are already paid… you only need to enjoy th experience.
Activation
The card is activated the first time it is used in an establishment where free entry is included. From that moment on, you have a set period of time to use the card, depending on the type of card purchased
Validity
It is valid on consecutive days. If for example you activate a 24-hour card on Monday at 1.45 pm, it will be valid until the following Tuesday 1.45 pm. It gives you a right to visit the permanent collection of the museums, monuments and atrractions as many times as days have every card - 24h: 1 time, 48h: 2 times, 72h 3 times and 120h: 5 times. The temporal exhibitions are not always included to the offer.
Discounts
Discounts will be provided in participating establishments throughout your stay in the city, regardless of the duration of the card purchased; for discounts to be applied, you must present you card prior to purchase.
How do I receive it?
Print a confirmation sent to you after purchasing online and hand it in together with identification at any of the following collection points:

May, June and September: Monday - Friday 9:00 to 18:00. Sunday 9:00 to 14:00
July and August: Monday - Sunday 9:00 to 19:00.
Rest of the year: Monday - Friday 9:00 to 16:00 Saturday 9:00 to 14:00. Sunday closed.
Closed: Easter Sunday and Monday, Christmas Day, Saint Stephen´s Day, December 31 and New Year.
